We specialise in bringing you effective fitness and muscle or strength conditioning advice. Why muscle conditioning?

Well, we firmly believe that any fitness training comprising of muscle building routines will be highly effective whether your goal is to be toned, fit, build muscles or even to lose weight and fat.

Losing weight is a desirable bonus of any fitness training routines especially those that use strength conditioning routines like resistance or weight training. You can still lose weight by not doing muscle conditioning exercises but doing it that way may be slower and harder. Why make it harder for yourself if you can easily do it with some strength conditioning training?

We also do not believe that weight loss programes are effective without physical conditioning. Sure you may lose weight or fat, but then you wouldn’t look toned or as healthy as you would be, if you incorporate some training into your weight loss programme. There is also a big chance that you would lose muscle mass in addition to losing fat. The idea is to minimise muscle mass loss while maximising fat and weight loss.
